Stress & Anxiety

"We must be willing to let go of the life we’ve planned, so as to have the life that is waiting for us."

- Joseph Campbell

Anxiety sucks.

You often may say to yourself, “I can’t seem to settle down. Why can’t I just relax or slow down?”

No matter how hard you work, how much you get done, you are constantly chasing and on edge.

When Anxiety strikes, your brain feels like it’s on overdrive-on constant repeat.

Worry is your default state.

It’s not only debilitating but frankly — it’s exhausting.

Does it feel like you’re always coming or going — like your INBOX is always full?

Do you feel like you’re always ghosting yourself life is passing by without you even being in it?

You feel both tired and wired at the same time and you feel as if you are juggling ten thousand balls at once.
Constant pressure. Constantly “on.'

Sometimes though (the darker side) we become almost addicted to the frenzy, the chaos-sometimes we even thrive in the intensity of it all...sort of.

But after a while, even the intensity catches up and it takes a toll.

Although we may have come to operate in this way, anxiety also becomes our Kryptonite.

Here’s the deal: It’s not supposed to be this way.

You feel like you’re always on edge, ready to crack.

Sometimes the panic attacks come out of nowhere.

The most frustrating parts is the more you TRY to MANAGE your anxiety the worse it gets.

Your heart races. Your mind races. Your chest is tight.

There is another way.

It is possible to live a life guided by a sense of ease, peace, AND accomplishment.

Maybe you’ve thought of, or tried, medication.
Maybe you’ve accepted that a constant state of frenzy is just going to have to be the norm.

Maybe you learned to try to snuff out the anxiety with wine, or food, or exercise, or bad relationships.

But the unease always returns.

Life is not supposed to be this way.

You’re reading these words because you’re finally ready to get off the roller coaster and reclaim your like.

You crave Freedom. Peace. Calm.

It’s time to learn a different way.
